So I’ve decided against getting a tablet. It’d be fun and I’d get a lot of use out of it, but nothing constructive. I have my Droid, I have my Kindle, and I have my iPod.
So I’m shopping for a Boss guitar effect pedal board. Like a tablet, it’s not something that I need, but i could have a lot of fun with it and, since I’m playing in a band again, I can validate the purchase. I’ve wanted to play with more pedals and sounds to add some variety on different songs. Right now I only use a Blues Driver pedal and a Chorus pedal. Do I really need much beyond that? No…but I’d like to play around with one anyway.
I’m at least being somewhat frugal about it and sticking to eBay to do it.
And, depending on which one I buy, I could even have one in time for the gig next Saturday…
